The 2016 Income Limits were published yesterday with an effective date of March 28, 2016. These include the HUD Program Income Limits for Section 8, Section 221(d)(3) BMIR, Section 235 and Section 236 as well as the Multifamily Tax Subsidy Program Income Limits.

The HDS Multifamily Management System and the HDS Contract Administration System both provide a tool to automatically update the HDS Systems with the new income limits by program for the effective date and year. Our team is currently making the needed changes and will notify all clients as soon as the update is posted to the HDS Income Limit Download Tool.
