Housing and Development Software will be releasing updates for the HDS Loan Servicing Portfolio Management, HDS Multifamily Management and HDS Contract Administration Systems in the coming week. Each update has a significant change impacting the compliance and validations engines of the software. Understanding that each may not follow the same rigor and or test cycle for your agency protocol, we have maintained them as three separate releases. This provides you with the flexibility to roll them out simultaneously or one at a time in any order you see fit. Because of the extensive modifications for each, it is highly recommended that these releases be tested prior to roll out to production. All users should review the release notes and attend the webinar sessions so that they may apply the appropriate agency testing level to each product.
