Anthony brings over six years of experience as a valued member of the Customer Support Team at Housing and Development Software (HDS), where he plays a critical role in ensuring seamless project execution and post-implementation support. Throughout each phase of the client journey from initial training and best practices guidance to production deployment, Anthony serves as a reliable and solutions-focused partner. 

Specializing in the HDS Section 8 product suite, Anthony leads support efforts by managing system installations, troubleshooting complex issues, and conducting detailed defect analysis and deployment. His strong technical acumen includes a deep understanding of Internet Information Services (IIS) and Microsoft SQL Server environments, allowing him to diagnose and resolve issues with precision and efficiency. 

With over 23 years of dedicated experience in the Affordable Housing industry, Charlene has built a reputation for excellence through strong client relationships and deep industry expertise. She has successfully led the management of one of the largest and most recognized Contract Administration software solutions in the field, specializing in programs such as Section 8, Section 811 PRA, LIHTC, HOME, and other key Multifamily housing initiatives. 

Throughout her career, Charlene has taken on a variety of pivotal roles including Lead Business Analyst, Customer Success Manager, and Project Implementation Lead, demonstrating her versatility and commitment to driving success. In every role, she brings a strategic mindset and a client-focused approach, consistently delivering successful implementations by capturing detailed requirements, understanding unique business needs, and exceeding expectations. Her ability to bridge the gap between technical solutions and client goals has made her a trusted partner across numerous projects. 

Joshua Roberts is a dedicated Client Success Manager at Housing and Development Software (HDS), where he has supported government and housing agency clients since 2017. With over seven years of experience in SaaS environments and a background rooted in compliance and client relations, Joshua specializes in guiding clients through the intricacies of affordable housing technology—ensuring their success through tailored support, clear communication, and expert implementation.

At HDS, Joshua serves as a key liaison between software users and internal teams, overseeing software rollouts, managing compliance tracking requirements, and facilitating business analysis aligned with HUD and FHA regulations. He is instrumental in driving successful product releases, conducting trainings, authoring documentation, and supporting quality assurance through user acceptance testing. His bilingual skills and cross-functional leadership have made him an invaluable asset in projects that demand both technical expertise and human connection.

Steven Faviano serves as the Business Unit Coordinator at Housing and Development Software (HDS), where he plays a pivotal role in supporting cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional service and innovative program solutions for clients across the affordable housing sector. With a background rooted in nonprofit work and housing initiatives, Steven brings a unique blend of mission-driven passion and operational insight to his role. His commitment to excellence, paired with strong organizational and communication skills, ensures seamless coordination between teams, departments, and client needs. 

A proud graduate of Florida State University, Steven has built a career around driving impact. In addition to his work in affordable housing, he is a published poet, infusing creativity and thoughtful expression into everything he does.
