HDS Companies Attends the Novogradac Affordable Housing Conference

At HDS Companies, we believe that effective leadership requires ongoing development and strategic planning. As a result, our team of Subject Matter Experts travel throughout the United States to participate as panelists and attend conferences, giving the Affordable Housing industry a greater voice. Abdul Mondol, President of Housing and Development Software, will attend the Novogradac 2022 Affordable Housing Conference on behalf of HDS.

During the two-day conference in San Francisco and virtually, expert panelists will discuss the future of affordable housing, the potential introduction of new tax incentives such as the neighborhood homes tax credit, how to use private activity bonds with the 4% LIHTC, and equity pricing in 2022.

The Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) Program is the largest federal program encouraging the development of low-income rental housing. We look forward to vital panel discussions and learning more about state-based low-income housing tax credit (LIHTC) advancements so that low-income communities can access a wider range of community development resources.
