Your partners at HDS are preparing to meet the challenges presented by the proposed changes to Housing Assistance Payments (HAP) Contract Support Services.  HUD in its current draft is contemplating fifteen single award fixed-priced contracts resulting from this solicitation.  If procurement proceeds as outlined in the draft solicitation, there will be five regions which consist of three subregions in each region.
