The HDS Income Limit Download Service has been updated to capture the 2022 HUD Income Limits.

The Income Limit and Download Tool allows users to download FMR’s and Income Limits published from HUD. The newly published Income Limits are available for download with the effective date of April 18th, 2021.

A video tutorial is also available for your convenience on MyHDS Webinars and a step by step instructions accompany the Release Notes in MyHDS Documentation. This update is for HDS Multifamily users currently in version 1.0.7.1 and Section 8 users currently in version 16.0.45 or higher.
