2019 Arizona Housing Forum
2019 Arizona Housing Forum

BUILDING UP: People, Homes, Communities!

The Arizona Department of Housing’s annual Arizona Housing Forum is right around the corner. This year the event will be held at The Scott, a newly renovated hotel located in the heart of Scottsdale, Arizona. The event program will include events and informative breakout sessions related to this year’s theme, BUILDING UP: People, Homes, Communities. HDS is excited to partake in this year’s forum, which we know will exceed expectations.

Jed Graef, Business Development Manager at HDS will be lending his expertise on Wednesday, August 21, 2019, from 9:45 am to 11:00 am to train event participants on the ALL-NEW NextGen Multifamily System alongside our partners at AZ Housing. Jed has worked closely with HFAs and property managers for more than 27 years in the areas of understanding, maintaining, and reporting on compliance requirements.

Property owners and managers of rental developments funded by the AZ Housing Tax Credit program will be the core participants at the Forum. Being able to collaborate with them and gain their perspective through this face-to-face networking experience is a win-win for both HDS and AZ Housing.

We are enthusiastic about this collaboration opportunity. Generally, our working group sessions focus on the agency perspective, and in Scottsdale, we will gain both agency perspective and property. What better way to close out the summer conference season than at the Arizona Housing Forum!  So, if you are in the Scottsdale area, we hope to see you there!
