The NEW HDS RATE Module is almost here and we are so excited!

This module adds new features to the HDS Single Family Management System that provides the flexibility to manage the rate market needs. It features the perspective to present a comprehensive ‘offering’ to the external lenders and for the agency managing this, the ease of selection by simply clicking on or off an ‘offering’. The new Rate module also features the ability to use the same rate across HDS Programs and optionally to tie the Loan Type and SRP among other attributes to the Rate.

This highly anticipated Module will be released as part of the HDS Version 14 supported for both SQL and Oracle clients. The feature will be available on May 7 th via HDS Auto-Updates.
