At HDS, having an open dialog with our clients and Agency partners is a top priority.  Our team hosts monthly one-hour Working Group Calls on the second Tuesday of every month. We discuss new and upcoming items, as well as premiere product enhancements and modifications during the calls.

In the previous sessions, we reviewed:

  • Upcoming industry items such as the new Unique Entity Identifier
  • Reserve for Replacement factors to use the Annual Adjustment Factors instead of the OCAF percentage.
  • Upcoming modifications to NextGen:
  • Closed Vouchers
  • Updates to the Review Voucher

Client feedback, content suggestions, and queries are all welcome. After our last call on April 12th, we provided NextGen Best Practices and would greatly appreciate feedback from those who participated.

We will host our next HDS Contract Administration S8 NextGen Working Group Series on Tuesday, May 10th, from 2:00 pm – 3:00 pm EDT. We encourage all clients and Agency partners to join us!
