HDS Attends First Industry Meetings of the Year

HDS is gearing up for our first conference of the New Year in Washington, D.C. – NCSHA HFA Institute and HUD TRACKS Industry Meeting.

We know this will be a very busy week and want to make ourselves available to you for one-on-one meetings.  Please contact Jannell Janania at Jannell.janania@hdsoftware.com or call (954) 217-9597 Ext. 251 and we will do our best to accommodate your availability.

Each January, HDS and many industry professionals gather to hear about the latest hot topics in Affordable Housing. We are eager to get this decade started with a heavy dose of the discussion on the latest industry changes and transcending them into your HDS solutions!

We recognize NCSHA as an indispensable partner to the industry. For this reason, HDS has been a consistent top-level supporter and recently joined the prestigious Leadership Circle. Specifically, at HFAi, HDS Companies is honored to announce the direct sponsorship of the Friend of NCSHA for the LIHTC Module, as well as the MRB |Section 8 Networking Reception. We invite you to join us on Thursday, January 16, at the Penn Avenue Terrace from 5:30 PM – 6:30 PM for an opportunity to network.

The TRACS Industry Working Group Meeting is scheduled to coincide with the HFAi. At the meeting, HUD leadership and the industry come together to learn and discuss the implementation and approaches of regulations into the Multifamily Section 8 Program. Our Business Development Manager, Jed Graef, will be a panelist in the sessions.

As a client centered company, HDS appreciates any occasion to meet with our clients. An Onsite Working Group Meeting is scheduled for Tuesday at 5:00 PM located at the Holiday Inn inside the Congressional I Room. Our NextGen team will be showcasing the latest developments in production and upcoming features and technology to support the PBCA program.

We look forward to seeing you there!
