HDS Companies Supports the 2022 Oklahoma Housing Conference
HDS Companies (HDSC), along with its business divisions, Housing and Development Software (HDS), and eHousingPlus (eHP), are proud to support the 2022 Oklahoma Housing Conference hosted by the Oklahoma Coalition for Affordable Housing. We look forward to attending this fantastic three-day event and joining hundreds of professionals from across the Affordable Housing Community at The Reed Conference Center, Midwest City, from September 27-29, 2022. We are also excited to connect with the presenting Sponsor OHFA (Oklahoma Housing Finance Agency), as well as with the team at OCHFA (Oklahoma County Housing Finance Agency).
The conference’s sessions for the Affordable Housing industry will focus on development, home ownership, financing, property management, and the eviction crisis. Required 2022 Fair Housing and Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Training will also be available. Nationally acclaimed economist Dr. Elliot Eisenberg (the Bow-Tie Economist), Christie Newhouse, Regional Director for the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, and Stockton Williams, Executive Director, National Council of State Housing Agencies, are among the other keynote and featured speakers.
“HDS has been collaborating with Oklahoma Housing Finance Agency for over 22 years; we firmly believe in their mission and are honored to support them. I’m looking forward to reuniting with everyone again at the conference,” said Abdul Mondol, President of Housing and Development Software.
For more than two decades, eHousingPlus has played a vital role as the leading national Single-Family Program administrator and Compliance Services provider in the United States. The team at eHP has worked closely with OCHFA (Oklahoma County Housing Finance Agency) for over nine years integrating best practices, innovation, and efficiencies – we deliver viable and collaborative platforms for our Business Partners that help create long-term value for entire communities.
HDS is thrilled to serve as one of the Page Turner Sponsors for this year’s conference. We look forward to meeting the 2017 Pulitzer Prize Winning author of the book Evicted, Dr. Matthew Desmond, a sociology professor at Harvard. His primary teaching and research interests include urban sociology, poverty, race and ethnicity, organizations and work, social theory, and ethnography. Dr. Desmond will share his book as he delivers the keynote address during the conference Luncheon on Wednesday, September 28.
