you via different methods. Some of our information is on line 24/7,
some can be accessed through the web site, system, and in certain cases
requires the assistance of one of our compliance specialists. Our
staff and systems are available as follows:

periodically answer emails after hours and on Saturday mornings.
Requests emailed are frequently handled quickly, as we are able to
provide you assistance on many items remotely.

Phone calls/Messages:
Our staff is frequently on the phone assisting lenders. If you must
leave a phone message, please leave us detailed information
including the loan number, borrower name, and describe the
circumstances as best possible. Our staff will contact you at the
earliest possible moment with a reply. If you cannot contact a
staff member, and the issue on the loan requires more detail, we
recommend that you send an email with the details as this will allow
us to research the loan and provide you prompt assistance. The more
detailed information you can provide us, the quicker we can respond.

Do you need to make a quick
change to your loan? Click below as indicated, and our staff will
promptly change the information as requested.

Access to Reserving,
changing, cancelling loans, pipeline and exceptions, reports, available
funds…You need to log into the secure McWeb System.

Can't find my Loan - Are you searching in the correct Program?
Make sure after you login that you select the correct program. Has it been cancelled?
Check the Pipeline View Cancelled loans

Is your loan stuck in reservation stage for more than 45 days?
Was it cancelled? Please note that loans that do not receive an
Underwriter Certification within 45 days are automatically
cancelled. You may find your loan in the cancelled status.

Cancelled loans - Need to Reinstate a cancelled Loan? Depending
on circumstances and if funds are available we might be able to
reinstate the loan.

What do I do if my loan has been cancelled? Contact one of our Compliance Specialists for further
assistance.

Do I have file exceptions that need to be cleared? Check the
Exceptions link for a listing of loans that need to be corrected before
they can be approved and purchased.

Program Information
(Click on left Link “Programs”, find the program you are looking for and
click that link. A summary of the program highlights will be displayed
on each Program Page.
User Access: Need a
Username and Password? Click on this link and submit your
information. You will receive a confirmation email granting you access.
Census Tract: Don’t know
the Census Tract or Block group of your property? Click on this link,
type your address in, and the on line service will provide you the exact
one to use on your loan reservation.
