eReporting on
line is available for Working Groups, and individual lenders are now part of
our on line system, and can be accessed on a daily basis 24/7. Lenders can access the
eReports
by selecting the eReports option on our main
menu. The available reports are:
- Program Summary
- Loan Info Summary
- Loan Detail Report for Lenders
- Lot Detail Report by Lender
(Taxables)
- Demographics
The access level for these reports are determined by a
user's security profile, the company they work for, etc. If you do not have a
username and password, you must submit a request. (click here).
HOW TO
PRINT THE REPORTS
Unlike the
screens you can print from any website (html), the Crystal Reports Viewer
provides an ICON for printing the reports. This enables the viewer
to control the printer settings and make sure that the reports print
properly on ANY printer. The PRINTER ICON appears WITHIN the
Crystal Viewer Screen (NOT THE TOP BROWSER PRINTER BUTTON). It is
a small printer button located directly above the PREVIEW TAB on the screen.
If you click the (IE or Netscape) browser print button in error, the
reports will not print. Simply click your option again, then select
the Viewer Print icon and you will have your reports print correctly. eReports
are
processed on line via a Crystal Reports Viewer.
When you select this option, and depending on your system set up, you may have to
update certain files to be able to view the reports properly. Most computers have
this file updated, however some may need to download and run this set up.
We recommend that you first
contact your IT or Systems (Computer) Support Department where they can
better assist you in setting up this file in your system. You may have
internal restrictions that they need to assess. Otherwise, you may
contact the Bond Compliance office at (954) 217-0817 Ext 210 and ask for
assistance in updating your Crystal Viewer.
1. TEST eReports
Do a test on your own PC to see if you need to
update your file. Simply go to the eREPORTS
option and click any of the reports. If you have a blank screen and/or receive an error your file needs to be updated.
2. UPDATE
Some system set ups will actually pop a short wizard which
will walk you through the download and set up of this file. Others will not.
If your system acknowledges it, and launches the wizard, to which you simply accept the
defaults, go ahead and follow the directions, and lastly reboot (restart your machine) at
the end of the process so that the new settings may take place.
If your system returns an
error...Seagate Software ActiveX Viewer is unable to create it's
resource objects. To rectify this problem, please install IE4 or
install DCOM for Windows 95 and latest Microsoft scripting engine.
These files are available on the Microsoft Website"
then you will have to
download the file from Crystal's site (Link
on main page left). This is a short step by step procedure.
You will be taken to a step by step
instruction of downloading the file
npviewer.exe
from
the internet site.
(
We recommend that you simply RUN
the file from its current location, which will self-install, then rebooting
(restarting) your machine at the end to make sure the settings get updated.) |
