a niche services provider with over 20 years
of experience with Home Ownership Programs,
eHousingPlus provides a variety of services.
Our Program Administration services include
several tools for our Issuer partners, such
as program marketing, an online origination
system, compliance review services, online
reports, and training programs. Our training
programs such as lender system training and
file delivery training ensure that program
goals will be set and adhered to, timelines
will be followed, and an open line of
communication is established between us,
lenders and the Agency. We have also
established a high quality, efficient
process for the submission of files, from
review through to approval. This process
allows Agencies to originate and deliver
Single Family programs quickly and with
ease.
Some of our
services include creating communications and
reaching out to the agency and eHousingPlus
team for comments. We also post and maintain
administrator guidelines for bond series or
bridge programs we manage. We provide the
program forms and create and maintain the
company website which includes links to the
system website, the agency website, the
Master Servicer website, and other related
links such as Approved Homebuyer Education
Providers, extension requests, and more.
eHousingPlus also provides services for all
aspects of the training process from
coordinating training calls with lenders to
conducting the actual training and posting
follow-up training materials online for
participants.

Components
Being a
part of the Working group Team - We
work with the agency and the working group
as the programs are being put together and
while in progress to ensure we understand
the program goals, are aware of time-lines,
and communicate with the group about
products being offered, sources of funds,
and other related requirements

Lender Outreach - eHousingPlus
contacts lenders for new or ongoing
programs to add them to our distribution
lists, inform them of program specifics
and time-lines, etc. For on-going
programs this may include potential new
initiatives, expected funds release,
discussion of potential products,
offices originating, training schedules,
and more.

Program Management - Our approach
to managing programs involves a variety
of services. Among them, Working Group
and eReports available to our agency
clients, and other working group
professionals.

Funds Management- Utilizing our
internal systems, our staff manages each
source of funds, creates allocations,
set asides, and manages each of these
transactions to ensure that the agency
can balance against these allotments.
Our ability to create fund allotments,
set asides, initiatives, target or
disaster areas, and track the funds
accordingly provides the agency an extra
service of knowing their funds are being
managed appropriately.

Program Documentation - By
participating in program document
review, our staff creates easy to use
lender guides that are available on
line, where lenders can quickly view
program regulations and guidelines.
These are updated continually and made
available to all users.

Compliance File Review - Our
Compliance Specialists review files for
all required documents and eligibility,
and update the system information with
any additional data required by the
program. We audit each file to ensure
that the information submitted matches
the supporting documentations, and also
check the file for compliance with
IRS and Program Rules. eHousingPlus
specialists notify the services of any
discrepancies or questionable loans and
work with them to correct the loan
before the group can mark the file
'compliance approved.' The entire review
process is updated in the system right
when changes or updates are made, so
that lenders can continually track their
loans online.

Customer Service and Technical Support
- Learning about each program can be
challenging, particularly for lenders
who have to keep track of various
programs by location. Our knowledgeable
staff is available to assist lenders
while they navigate through the
process. Whether it's a regulatory
question, a program guideline,
eligibility criteria, or are just having
difficulty with an aspect of a loan, we
provide multiple channels for lenders to
contact us; Our newest feature,
WEB CHAT, allows anyone connected
through our website to chat with one of
our compliance specialists and get a
quick response. So whether we receive a
phone call, an email or a WEB CHAT, our
friendly staff's goal is to make the
process easy for the participant!

Interfaces/Updates & Reporting -
eHousingPlus provides the Web Portal for
lenders and others to input, update and
access real-time information.
- Data
Storage - We maintain compliance
files until they are required to be sent
to the servicer or agency, or be imaged
and/or destroyed. We protect this data
at secure facilities.

disaster recovery program supported by
