Economic Stimulus Plan

First Time  Homebuyer
$8,000 Tax  Credit

For loans closing January 1, 2009 – November 30, 2009, Borrowers using a Florida Housing bond loan are eligible to file for the $8,000.00 tax credit.

First Time Homebuyers need to seek the advice of their Tax  Advisor for use of the Tax  Credit.
