MORTGAGE REVENUE BONDS - THE BEGINNING

In 1988, after a competitive bidding process, Leader was selected as Master Servicer for the Ohio Housing Finance Agency's Single Family MRB Program.  Last year, we acknowledged and celebrated the 10 year anniversary of our partnership with the Agency.

EXPANDING MARKETS

The late 80's and early 90's were growth periods for Leader.  We decided to expand our markets to provide services for other State and Local Housing Finance Agencies.  Along the way, we were selected as Master Servicer/Program Administrator for several local programs and our first State program under the expansion.

OUR SUCCESS

Leader's commitment to affordable housing has resulted in success and tremendous growth.   As a Master Servicer, we are the leading specialist in the servicing and administration of Single Family MRB Programs.  Currently, we provide services for 13 State and 26 County/Municipal HFAs, totaling 56 active programs throughout the United States.

THE FUTURE

Leader has already addressed some of the many challenges that the new millennium will bring to the administration and servicing of bond programs.  We are enhancing many of our services and available products, including an interactive presence on the Internet, a common place of business today, and in the millennium ahead of us.

We are confident that out efficient, friendly process will result in increased lender participation, realtor interest and home ownership.
