Tenant XML Reporting Tool has been designed to meet the new requirements for Tenant reporting for LIHTC Properties. The new HDS Tenant XML Export allows the agency to report the required HUD tenant data that is currently being collected via our Compliance and W.C.M.S. modules. Agencies can choose to enter the tenant data into the HDS Compliance module manually, or if they are using the HDS W.C.M.S. module, they can bring in tenant data entered by property managers via the NAHMA XML on the web, into the HDS database. The HDS Compliance module currently collects all required HUD tenant data fields, including computed income, income eligibility fields, rent data, student status, and program type data.
