HDS Risk Assessment Tool (HDS RAT) is a property Risk Management Tool to formulate and track customized risk metrics at the property level and related functions, the R.A.T. is being released simultaneous to the D.A.R.M. and the HDS version 10.0 coming later this fall. The R.A.T. is a user tool, designed touse the calculations engine concept, and create custom risk metrics based on standard business metrics and custom agency calculations. The R.A.T. concept was introduced in concept at our last User’s Conference and it will be rolled out very soon.
