HDS Master Servicing System is designed to reconcile servicer-managed loans with agency expectations. HDS Master Servicing provides the agency the ability to collect and validate all servicer collected transactions on a daily basis, including the reconciliation of cash to each deposit. The system also includes a monthly reconciliation and reporting process that allows for the balancing of all months. The HDS Master Servicing System interfaces with external servicer(s) and general ledger systems as well as with the HDS Single Family System providing a seamless transition from loan origination to servicing.
