Agile Development strategies and methods are essential to our development strategies. Over the past 11 years, HDS has adapted its operations to support its client base, and changed the way traditional software vendors operate in the industry. For example, HDS was the first software provider in the affordable housing market to recognize the need for more structured implementation, business analysis and other services which assist Agencies in the successful implementation of our software solutions.

Most importantly, HDS believes in developing integrated software systems and modules so that each piece can function independently or be complemented by HDS add-on modules. HDS has focused on partnering with our clients in order to determine best practices for this industry, so that all of our clients can find the flexibility they need to make our systems work for their Agency's processes. HDS also facilitates Focus Group Meetings, an Annual Technology Conference, and sponsors many User Group List Serves in an effort to ensure that modifications and enhancements made to the systems are in the best interests of all clients, and are flexible enough to work for any agency.
